Race Course: The race begins and ends at the Eau Claire YMCA, and is a 10km route along the Bow River pathway. There is a 75 minute cut off time.
Entry Deadline: Registration Deadline 12:00pm, Friday, September 11, 2009.
Race is capped at 200 participants, so register early!
There is no race day registration.
