Presenter / Instructor Biography:

Gary Waldron
Gary Waldron has had over twenty-five years of in-field direct sales and management experience.

His successful sales career began in 1979 with MacLean Hunter Communications (C-JAY FM) and quickly established himself as their top revenue producer, and was the recipient of many awards while establishing new sales records.

Mr. Waldron advanced his career at CKIK-FM (Q 107.3) where he held positions of Retail and General Sales Manager, and finally Vice-President of Sales for CKIK/CHQR Radio Calgary. Through a high achievement history in advertising sales his efforts led to such accomplishments as the honor of the Award for Sales Person of the Year for two of his team by the Radio Marketing Bureau, as well as having his team exceed yearly budgets by more than 30%.

Gary Waldron & Associates Inc. is a Sales and Management Skills Development consulting firm. He works as a sales and management trainer and consultant for companies and organizations of influence in Canada, United States and Internationally.

He has held positions as President and Secretary Treasurer of The Calgary Radio Council and has been actively involved with Easter Seals raising in excess of $200,000 in the annually held 24 Hour Relay Race, providing funds for underprivileged children.
